As a Merchandise Leader, you will be a critical member of the team and be responsible for the development and execution of our merchandise strategy. You will be an integral member of the Merchandising team, working in close collaboration with our buying and planning teams on the development of seasonal product collections while ensuring our company merchandise standards are met.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of developing and executing Merchandising strategies. You will need to be an analytical problem-solver, highly organized, and have a passion for fashion and retail. 1. Develop and execute merchandise strategy and standards.

4. Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
5. Track and report progress against goals.
6. Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
8. Lead and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
9. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
10. Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
