4. Develop store strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Analyze customer feedback and make necessary changes to product offerings and pricing.
6. Monitor store performance and make adjustments as needed.
7. Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing.
8. Manage inventory to minimize loss and maximize profits.
9. Train and mentor Merchandise Associates on product knowledge and store operations.
10. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends.
