A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Merchandising, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative and innovative strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

• Manage inventory and product assortment to ensure efficient utilization of resources

• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize sales and profits

• Lead and inspire teams to ensure that objectives are achieved in a timely manner

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure effective communication

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products

• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and changes in the industry to ensure the company remains competitive

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
