
Market Visual Leader
As American Eagle Outfitters’ Market Visual Leader, you will be the driving force behind our store’s overall visual presentation. You will be responsible for ensuring visual standards are met and maintained, and that all displays are in line with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating inspiring visuals that appeal to our customers. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates strong leadership skills and has a positive attitude to ensure the store looks its absolute best at all times.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail visual merchandising or related experience, as well as a knack for understanding current trends and customer needs. In addition, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks promptly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company’s vision.
- Lead store staff in executing visual displays that are in line with the company’s standards.
- Monitor store displays to ensure they are meeting established standards.
- Evaluate trends and customer needs to ensure displays reflect current fashion and appeal to customers.
- Train and supervise store staff in visual merchandising techniques.
- Develop and execute store promotions and special events.
- Lead store staff in setting up and breaking down displays.
- Maintain accurate records of visual merchandising activities.
- Ensure all store displays are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
