Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company’s vision.
2. Lead store staff in executing visual displays that are in line with the company’s standards.
3. Monitor store displays to ensure they are meeting established standards.
4. Evaluate trends and customer needs to ensure displays reflect current fashion and appeal to customers.
5. Train and supervise store staff in visual merchandising techniques.
6. Develop and execute store promotions and special events.
7. Lead store staff in setting up and breaking down displays.
8. Maintain accurate records of visual merchandising activities.
9. Ensure all store displays are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
