Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters seeks an experienced and motivated Market Visual Leader to join our team. In this role, you will bring our brand to life through the curation and execution of visual displays across our retail stores. This position requires a creative eye, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion. If you have a keen understanding of the American Eagle Outfitters brand aesthetic and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of retail experience, including experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a supervisory role. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail. An understanding of current trends and fashion styling is also necessary. Additionally, you must have a flexible availability and be willing to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute visually appealing displays in American Eagle Outfitters retail stores.
  2. Monitor customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly.
  3. Ensure displays are in line with American Eagle Outfitters brand aesthetic.
  4. Maintain excellent communication with store teams to ensure displays are kept up to date.
  5. Stay up to date with current trends and fashion styling.
  6. Supervise and train visual team members.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  8. Travel up to 40% of the time for store visits and other related activities.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
