American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a Market Visual Leader to join its team! We are looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual to help maintain our brand image and ensure our stores remain visually engaging. As a Market Visual Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving visual standards in stores, while ensuring a cohesive visual experience for customers.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong visual merchandising and customer service skills. They should be able to think strategically and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and ensure visual standards in stores are maintained
  2. Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to promote the American Eagle Outfitters brand image
  3. Stay updated on current fashion trends and store product offerings
  4. Collaborate with store teams to ensure a cohesive visual experience for customers
  5. Manage and train store team members on visual merchandising techniques
  6. Monitor store layouts to ensure optimum product placement
  7. Ensure store visuals are kept clean and organized
  8. Regularly inspect stores to identify any visual issues or areas of improvement
  9. Manage inventory and stock levels of visuals
  10. Work closely with store managers to ensure visual standards are met
  11. Assist in setting up promotional displays and events
  12. Provide excellent customer service to shoppers
