As a Market Visual Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our in-store teams and create a visually stunning shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning displays within assigned stores to promote products and create an immersive customer experience

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase sales

• Train and motivate in-store teams on Visual Merchandising best practices and standards

• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for visual merchandising challenges

• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Design and implement seasonal campaigns to support promotional initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent visual displays across all stores

• Develop and manage Visual Merchandising budgets

• Stay current on trends and emerging technologies to create engaging displays that capture customer attention
