Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Market Visual Leader. As the Visual Leader, you will be responsible for developing and leading the visual strategy of our stores, driving customer experience and engagement.The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and retail, an eye for detail and design, and strong leadership skills. You should have a minimum of two years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment, as well as a working knowledge of visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.In this role, you will be a leader and ambassador of the American Eagle Outfitters brand, inspiring your team to create a visually stunning shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts, ensuring all displays are visually appealing, and creating compelling in-store experiences.If you are an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead the visual strategy of the stores.
  2. Drive customer experience and engagement.
  3. Inspire team to create visually stunning shopping experience.
  4. Develop and execute visual concepts.
  5. Ensure displays are visually appealing and create compelling in-store experiences.
  6. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Manage visual merchandising initiatives, including layout and design.
  8. Utilize visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  9. Lead and act as an ambassador of the American Eagle Outfitters brand.
  10. Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques.
