Market Visual Leader

American Eagle Outfitters is looking to welcome a creative and driven Market Visual Leader to join our team! As the Visual Leader, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging customer experience across all stores in your market. We're looking for someone who's passionate about retail, has a great eye for detail, and an interest in fashion. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and promote the American Eagle Outfitters brand.
2. Manage the visual presentation of merchandise in all stores in the market.
3. Monitor sales trends and adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
4. Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising standards and practices.
5. Lead store visits to ensure visual standards are met and maintained.
6. Oversee stockroom organization and inventory management.
7. Partner with store management to develop and execute promotional strategies.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
9. Lead store teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Create and execute training programs for store teams.
