
Market Visual Leader
American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Visual Leader to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and strives to maximize sales. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for design and detail. In this role, you will be responsible for setting-up, maintaining, and executing all visual merchandising standards in the store. You must be a team player, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Store Management team to ensure all standards are met.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of visual merchandising experience; preferably within a retail environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess an eye for detail and fashion sense, the ability to think creatively and problem-solve, and the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Set-up, maintain, and execute all visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Maximize sales through creative visual displays.
- Ensure all visual standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Management team.
- Possess a keen eye for design and detail.
- Have a fashion sense and think creatively.
- Develop relationships and work collaboratively with store personnel.
- Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot visual display issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Ensure all relevant safety standards and guidelines are met.
