Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for a highly creative and passionate Market Visual Leader to join our team and help elevate our store visuals! As a Market Visual Leader, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual strategies that will bring our merchandise to life in our stores, enabling our customers to have an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of visual experience in the retail industry, have a proven track record of delivering excellent visual standards, be organized and detail-oriented, and be passionate about creating amazing visual displays. If you are a creative and passionate person who loves to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, then this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement creative visual strategies to bring merchandise to life in our stores -Ensure visual displays are in line with brand standards and customer expectations -Manage visual merchandising teams and coordinate with other departments to ensure visual displays are executed on time and in compliance with company policies -Monitor store performance and provide feedback to visual merchandising teams to ensure visual displays are driving customer engagement -Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure visual standards are met -Train and develop visual merchandising teams to ensure high-quality visual displays -Stay up to date on current trends in the retail industry and incorporate into visual displays -Create and maintain store layouts and ensure all visual displays are properly set up and maintained
