We’re looking for someone with a passion for style, a drive to achieve results, and excellent customer service skills.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales, and a strong knowledge of the American Eagle Outfitters brand. You must be comfortable navigating a computer and learning our point-of-sale system. You’ll need to be a team player who is eager to take initiative and help our team reach our sales goals. Responsbilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  2. Utilize knowledge of the American Eagle Outfitters brand to create a unique shopping experience for customers
  3. Navigate computer systems and learn the company’s point-of-sale system
  4. Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goals
  5. Maintain a neat and organized work space
  6. Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs
  7. Create creative ideas to increase customer engagement
  8. Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise on the sales floor
  9. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide customers with product information
  10. Follow company policies and procedures
