Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team! As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for promoting our products and ensuring that our customers have the best in-store experience possible. You should have a passion for customer service and a desire to bring our brand to life in our stores. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, and a positive attitude. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. We can’t wait to meet our next Brand Ambassador!

Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador for American Eagle Outfitters include:

  1. Promoting the brand’s products and services in-store.
  2. Ensuring customers have a positive in-store experience.
  3. Communicating effectively with customers and store personnel.
  4. Demonstrating a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  5. Maintaining knowledge of the brand’s products, services, and promotions.
  6. Providing feedback to management on customer service and product quality.
  7. Supporting store sales efforts, such as organizing displays and promotional activities.
  8. Assisting customers with fitting and styling advice.
  9. Providing store-related information to customers.
  10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
