Responsibilities: • Represent the American Eagle Outfitters brand in a positive and professional manner • Provide exceptional customer service to customers • Promote the American Eagle Outfitters lifestyle to customers • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services • Keep up to date on current trends and fashion in the industry • Monitor customer feedback and suggestions • Ensure all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience • Work both independently and as part of a team • Assist with inventory management and restocking • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Participate in promotional activities and store events • Achieve sales goals set by the company
