Do you have a passion for fashion and a knack for connecting with people? We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join the American Eagle Outfitters team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing the company’s brand by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the American Eagle Outfitters lifestyle. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, friendly individual to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in retail and/or customer service is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: • Represent the American Eagle Outfitters brand in a positive and professional manner • Provide exceptional customer service to customers • Promote the American Eagle Outfitters lifestyle to customers • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services • Keep up to date on current trends and fashion in the industry • Monitor customer feedback and suggestions • Ensure all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience • Work both independently and as part of a team • Assist with inventory management and restocking • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Participate in promotional activities and store events • Achieve sales goals set by the company
