Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an experienced, motivated Associate Selling Team Leader to join our team. As an Associate Selling Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to meet and exceed customer service standards and sales goals. In this role, you will need to be organized, passionate about customer service, and committed to the success of our team.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of retail sales experience and a proven track record of leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals. An Associate Selling Team Leader should possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

-Lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed customer service standards and sales goals. -Develop and maintain relationships with customers. -Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Provide outstanding customer service. -Monitor team performance and provide feedback. -Train and motivate sales associates to reach their goals. -Ensure store policies and procedures are followed. -Manage inventory and restocking. -Handle customer inquiries and complaints. -Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to improve results.
