Job Description

American Eagle Outfitters is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team! We are looking for an experienced candidate who is passionate about all things fashion and has a proven track record for providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the store meets and exceeds customer service expectations.
  2. Supervise a team of retail associates and delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Monitor sales performance and devise strategies to increase sales and productivity.
  4. Maintain a friendly and professional environment for customers and staff.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  7. Train and develop new staff members.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  9. Maintain accurate records of store operations.
  10. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
