Job Description

The incumbent serves as a primary contact for desktop IT support to overseas customers, serving as a technical specialist and systems administrator for hardware, software and systems worldwide. Uses approved tools and techniques to remotely troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software problems. Creates, monitors status, and closes trouble tickets to document problems and solutions. Plans, develops, reviews, implements, and maintains hardware and software systems and services supporting the ABMC Operations worldwide. Manages and oversees project execution to include systems development, technical plan development, systems analysis, and possible technical design.
