Job Description

As a Technical Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding and training our team members to effectively utilize new technologies and enhance their technical skills.   1. Provide expert guidance and support to team members in utilizing new technologies and enhancing their technical skills.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills to support the digital transformation of the company.
  3. Serve as a mentor and coach for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the team is utilizing the most effective and efficient tools.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technical training needs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the progress of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Work closely with project managers to identify and address technical challenges and provide technical expertise.
  9. Document and maintain training materials, resources, and best practices to be used by the team.
  10. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the IT department.
  11. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to share their knowledge and skills with each other.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members at all levels, including non-technical individuals, to ensure understanding and alignment on technical concepts and initiatives.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs and methods to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of the team.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  15. Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
