As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our AACU systems, which are vital to the operation of our company.   1. Provide technical expertise and support for AACU applications, ensuring their stability and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise within the AACU systems.
  3. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and develop solutions to enhance the AACU systems.
  5. Implement and maintain system updates, upgrades, and patches.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for AACU applications.
  7. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  8. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the airline industry to make recommendations for system improvements.
  9. Train and provide technical support to end-users of the AACU systems.
  10. Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with their software integrations.
  11. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical system issues.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the AACU systems.
  13. Adhere to strict security protocols to protect sensitive data within the AACU applications.
  14. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Application Support, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Aacu (Airport Control And Communication Unit) Systems And Processes.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
