  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the airport hub.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience of customers.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in daily tasks and responsibilities.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and operations.
  6. Assist in managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  7. Handle and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Assist in managing and maintaining records and documentation for the department.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
  10. Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  11. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations.
  13. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
