  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive innovation and improve efficiency within American Airlines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to achieve business goals.
  3. Evaluate current business practices and identify opportunities for optimization and streamlining to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  4. Lead and manage a team of business transformation professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business transformation and growth.
  6. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and senior leadership to provide updates on the progress and impact of business transformation initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage expertise and resources for successful implementation of transformation projects.
  8. Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of transformation initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive business transformation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Transformation, Change Management, Or Process Improvement.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Drive Complex Initiatives To Successful Completion.
