Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning: The Senior Principal Ai/Ml Architect At American Airlines Must Have A Deep Understanding And Practical Experience Of Ai And Ml Technologies, Including Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, And Deep Learning. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Science And Analytics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Ai/Ml Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Ai/Ml Solutions In A Large And Complex Organization. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate The Impact Of Their Solutions On Business Outcomes And Have A Strong Understanding Of Ai/Ml Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Leader, This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ai/Ml Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders And Lead A Team Of Ai/Ml Experts.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Industry: American Airlines Is A Leading Airline, And The Senior Principal Ai/Ml Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Its Business Processes, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Design Ai/Ml Solutions That Align With The Company's Strategic Goals.

  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field Is Usually Required For This Role. A Ph.d. Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred. This Educational Background Provides A Strong Foundation For Understanding And Applying Advanced Ai/Ml Techniques.
