- Design and implement IT infrastructure systems for American Airlines.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent them.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all IT systems comply with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members in technical skills and best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and make necessary adjustments.
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and other external partners to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and troubleshooting.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In It Infrastructure Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.
Expertise In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex It Infrastructure Systems, Including Hardware, Software, Networks, And Security.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, Virtualization, And Other Emerging Technologies Relevant To It Infrastructure.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Project Timelines And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Effectively Present Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
