- Conduct regular analysis of company compensation packages and make recommendations for improvements to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Utilize data and market trends to develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy for all levels of employees.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and equity grants.
- Lead and participate in salary surveys to benchmark compensation levels and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and job offers.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation to continuously improve the company's compensation strategy.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new compensation programs, including performance-based incentives and recognition programs.
- Communicate compensation changes and updates to employees and provide guidance on how to interpret their compensation packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and fair approach to compensation across the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation and ensure data integrity.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on compensation principles and processes.
- Handle any compensation-related inquiries or issues from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation-related reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis And Design, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa And Pay Equity Laws.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Compensation Strategies.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Implementing Compensation Programs, Including Base Pay, Incentives, And Equity Plans.
