As the Senior Analyst, Benefits Plan Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive benefits packages for our employees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in benefits plan design and analysis to drive strategic initiatives and ensure our employees are well taken care of.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages that align with company goals and industry best practices.
  2. Analyze current benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits packages meet the needs of all employees.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of benefits plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
  7. Communicate benefits information to employees in a clear and effective manner, ensuring understanding and satisfaction.
  8. Create and maintain documentation and reports related to benefits plans, costs, and utilization.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to promote employee wellness and engagement through benefits offerings.
  10. Work with HR team to ensure benefits plans are integrated with other HR programs and initiatives.
  11. Monitor and analyze benefits utilization and costs to identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
  12. Provide support and guidance to HR team and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  13. Collaborate with finance team to forecast and manage budget for employee benefits.
  14. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to employee benefits.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Plan Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Hipaa, And Aca.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficient In Hris And Benefits Administration Systems, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis.
