- Develop and implement comprehensive employee benefits packages that align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Analyze current benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits packages meet the needs of all employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of benefits plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Communicate benefits information to employees in a clear and effective manner, ensuring understanding and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation and reports related to benefits plans, costs, and utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee wellness and engagement through benefits offerings.
- Work with HR team to ensure benefits plans are integrated with other HR programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze benefits utilization and costs to identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Provide support and guidance to HR team and managers regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with finance team to forecast and manage budget for employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations related to employee benefits.
- Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Plan Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Hipaa, And Aca.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proficient In Hris And Benefits Administration Systems, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis.
