- Provide technical support and guidance to the HR team on the use of the HRIS system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency within the HRIS system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve the HRIS system.
- Train HR team members on new system features and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise within the HRIS system.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the HRIS system.
- Work closely with HR team to identify and implement system enhancements that align with the company's HR strategy.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to HR leadership on HRIS system usage and data analytics.
- Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the HRIS system.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data at all times.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to the HRIS system.
- Mentor and support junior members of the HRIS team to ensure their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration, With A Focus On Successfactors.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Practices, As Well As Data Management And Reporting.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Complex Hris Systems, Including System Upgrades And Integrations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Issues.
