- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, changing reservations, and providing information about our services and policies.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the American Airlines brand and its services to customers.
- Stay up to date on all current promotions, policies, and procedures to accurately convey information to customers.
- Use computer systems and reservation software to process bookings and manage customer information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling additional services and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the company's products and services.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Strong Communication Skills: A Representative, Reservations Sales Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In English And Spanish To Effectively Assist Customers From The Dominican Republic.
Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Customer Service Experience, Preferably In A Call Center Or Sales Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide High-Quality Service.
Knowledge Of Airline Industry: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Flight Schedules, Fares, And Policies. Experience Working For An Airline Or In A Travel-Related Role Is Preferred.
Sales And Upselling Skills: The Representative, Reservations Sales Will Be Responsible For Selling And Promoting American Airlines Products And Services. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Sales Experience And Be Comfortable With Upselling And Cross-Selling.
