In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operations of our center.   1. Provide exceptional administrative support to the team at the Administration Center.
  2. Ensure the smooth operations of the center by handling all administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  3. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
  5. Maintain and organize documents, files, and records.
  6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members.
  7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  9. Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  11. Continuously strive to deliver excellent customer service.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  13. Act as a point of contact for any administrative issues or inquiries.
  14. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
