As a Ramp Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely handling of baggage and cargo, as well as the overall operation of our airport.   1. Safely and efficiently handle baggage and cargo, following all standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
  2. Ensure timely loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto/from aircraft.
  3. Communicate effectively with other team members, pilots, and ground crew to ensure a smooth operation.
  4. Conduct thorough inspections of baggage and cargo to ensure proper handling and secure loading.
  5. Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding baggage and cargo.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the baggage and cargo handling equipment.
  7. Adhere to airport and airline security protocols at all times.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during baggage and cargo handling.
  9. Work collaboratively with other airport personnel to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
  12. Attend mandatory training and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Follow all company and industry regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of passengers and personnel.
  14. Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.

  • Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Ramp Service Agent Involves Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Loading And Unloading Baggage And Cargo From Aircraft. Therefore, Candidates Should Have The Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects Up To 70 Pounds.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential To Ensure A Positive Experience For All Stakeholders.
