- Safely and efficiently handle baggage and cargo for American Airlines flights.
- Ensure on-time departure and arrival of flights by following established procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by being friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent American Airlines in a positive manner.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with other team members, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew.
- Operate ground service equipment and vehicles in a responsible and safe manner.
- Keep accurate records of baggage and cargo handling and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including baggage carts and equipment.
- Continuously monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during high-stress situations.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Must Be Able To Lift And Carry Up To 70 Pounds.
Valid Driver's License With A Good Driving Record.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.
Prior Experience In Aircraft Ramp Operations Or Related Field Preferred.
