  1. Safely and efficiently handle baggage and cargo for American Airlines flights.
  2. Ensure on-time departure and arrival of flights by following established procedures and protocols.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by being friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent American Airlines in a positive manner.
  5. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
  6. Communicate effectively and efficiently with other team members, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew.
  7. Operate ground service equipment and vehicles in a responsible and safe manner.
  8. Keep accurate records of baggage and cargo handling and report any discrepancies or issues.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including baggage carts and equipment.
  10. Continuously monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  13. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during high-stress situations.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional travel experience for our passengers.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Must Be Able To Lift And Carry Up To 70 Pounds.

  • Valid Driver's License With A Good Driving Record.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.

  • Prior Experience In Aircraft Ramp Operations Or Related Field Preferred.
