- Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircrafts.
- Operate and maintain ground service equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground personnel, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of baggage and cargo.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers, crew, and ground personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ramp and baggage areas.
- Monitor and report any irregularities or damages to baggage and cargo.
- Assist with aircraft pushback and towing as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, safety, and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective ramp operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Follow all loading and unloading instructions from flight crews and ground personnel.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the condition of ground service equipment.
- Attend training and development programs as required by the company.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required.
Prior Experience In A Similar Role Preferred.
Must Be Able To Lift Up To 70 Pounds And Work In Varying Weather Conditions.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Ability To Pass A Background Check And Obtain Necessary Airport Security Clearance.
