
Project Manager, Onboard Service

- Oversee the implementation of new service initiatives onboard all American Airlines flights.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Onboard Service department.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all onboard service projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all onboard service initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and customer service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of onboard service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboard service experience for passengers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to proactively address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Manage and track departmental budget and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as In-Flight Services, to ensure a seamless onboard experience for passengers.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to exceed passenger expectations on every flight.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Onboard Service Staff.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Customer Service.
Extensive Knowledge Of Airline Industry Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Customer Service Standards.
