  1. Oversee the implementation of new service initiatives onboard all American Airlines flights.
  2. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Onboard Service department.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all onboard service projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all onboard service initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and customer service standards.
  7. Lead, train, and mentor a team of onboard service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of management, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboard service experience for passengers.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to proactively address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  13. Manage and track departmental budget and expenses.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as In-Flight Services, to ensure a seamless onboard experience for passengers.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to exceed passenger expectations on every flight.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Onboard Service Staff.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Customer Service.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Airline Industry Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Customer Service Standards.
