- Create and maintain product backlog, prioritize user stories, and manage product backlog grooming sessions.
- Work closely with the development team to define and refine product requirements, ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and align with business goals.
- Coordinate with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our technology products.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and use data to drive product decisions and improvements.
- Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features.
Strong Understanding Of Airline Industry: A Product Owner For Technology Products At American Airlines Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Order To Identify And Prioritize Product Features That Align With The Company's Overall Strategy.
Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Sector. This Includes Experience In Product Development, Launch, And Management, As Well As Experience With Agile Methodologies.
