- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with American Airlines.
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage procedures, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing ticket sales, upgrades, and other transactions.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights.
- Monitor flight schedules and make necessary adjustments to accommodate any changes or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the ticket counter and gate areas.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as ground crew and flight crew, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experience.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for accurately handling and documenting cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures in regards to customer service, safety, and security.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing American Airlines in a positive light.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Airport Operations, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Fluency In Spanish And English, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Spanish-Speaking Customers And Colleagues.
Familiarity With Local Airport Regulations And Procedures In Mexico, Specifically At Mty Airport.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills To Handle Unexpected Situations And Make Quick And Effective Decisions.
Willingness To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Airport Operations Can Be A 24/7 Operation.
