- Greet and welcome passengers at the AUA airport, providing a warm and friendly first impression of American Airlines.
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding processes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to passengers, including any delays or changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
