- Greet and welcome passengers at the AUA airport, providing a warm and friendly first impression of American Airlines.
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding processes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to passengers, including any delays or changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings by following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth and seamless flight operations.

- Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and other special needs as required.

- Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and represent the American Airlines brand with professionalism and pride.

Experience In Airline Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In Airport Operations, Preferably With An Airline. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry And The Day-To-Day Operations At An Airport.
Knowledge Of Airport Procedures And Regulations: As An Airport Operations Agent, The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Airport Procedures And Regulations, Including Tsa Requirements, Aircraft Ground Handling, And Safety Protocols. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Ensuring Smooth And Efficient Operations At The Airport.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Passengers, Airline Crew, And Other Airport Personnel On A Daily Basis.
