  1. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of American Airlines flights, including check-ins, gate assignments, and aircraft preparations.
  2. Monitor and track flight schedules, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
  3. Communicate with flight crews, airport staff, and other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
  4. Handle any unexpected disruptions or delays in flight operations, making quick and effective decisions to minimize impact on customers.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all airline policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and safety.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to resolve any issues that may arise during flights.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Monitor and analyze flight data to identify areas for improvement in operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements, and incorporate new processes and technologies into daily operations.
  10. Train and mentor new Operations Specialists to ensure they have a strong understanding of their role and responsibilities.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of flight operations and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and promote a safe and positive work environment.
  13. Represent American Airlines in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
