Knowledge Of Aacu Membership Policies And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aacu's Membership Policies And Procedures In Order To Provide Accurate And Timely Assistance To Members.
Experience In A Similar Role: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Or Member Services Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry, Is Highly Desirable.
