  1. Provide exceptional customer service to members of American Airlines by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for members, assisting them with account inquiries, membership updates, and other service-related issues.
  3. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with members in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of American Airlines' policies, procedures, and products in order to accurately assist members with their needs.
  5. Identify and resolve member issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with other team members and departments as needed.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations and find appropriate solutions for members.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the AACU database.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within American Airlines to ensure seamless service delivery for members.
