  1. Provide exceptional customer service to American Airlines customers at the AACU Branch Operations.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, booking flights, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all customers, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the AACU Branch.
  5. Communicate important information to customers regarding flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations and find solutions to customer concerns.
  7. Ensure all customer information and transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
  8. Meet and exceed performance goals and standards set by American Airlines.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of American Airlines policies, procedures, and services.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve operations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry and company changes and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and work weekends and holidays as needed.
