  1. Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to drive revenue growth for American Airlines.

  3. Lead a team of pricing and yield management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  4. Monitor and analyze revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.

  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews of pricing structures, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to gather insights and inform pricing and yield strategies.
  9. Communicate pricing and yield decisions and strategies to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  10. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of pricing and yield strategies.
  11. Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve pricing and yield management operations.
  12. Stay compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to pricing and yield management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management, Pricing, Or Yield Management In The Airline Industry
