  1. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct.
  2. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations and outcomes.
  5. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties involved in the investigation process.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
  7. Identify potential areas of risk and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
  9. Conduct training for employees and managers on company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  10. Monitor trends and patterns in employee relations issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusivity within the organization.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Create and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employee relations matters, if necessary.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Conducting Employee Relations Investigations, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Applicable Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Company Policies Related To Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
