1. Oversee the efficient and effective planning of aircraft weight and balance for the entire American Airlines fleet.
2. Ensure that all aircraft are loaded within their weight and balance limitations to maintain flight safety.

4. Manage a team of load planners and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
