As a Maintenance Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our planes, keeping them in top condition for our passengers and crew.   1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all aircraft in compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with other maintenance personnel, pilots, and ground crew to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any maintenance issues.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft mechanical and electrical systems, and implement necessary repairs or replacements.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and log any discrepancies or issues.
  5. Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated for safe and effective use.
  6. Monitor and track maintenance schedules and perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and safety standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  8. Conduct regular safety checks and participate in safety meetings to identify and address any potential hazards.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve processes and procedures for maintenance operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Aircraft Maintenance Systems: The Applicant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Maintenance Systems And Procedures, Including Troubleshooting Techniques, Technical Manuals, And Maintenance Tracking Software.

  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Background In Aircraft Maintenance And Repair Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Electrical, Mechanical, And Systems Maintenance, As Well As Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Standards.

  • Communication Skills: As A Maintenance Control Technician, The Individual Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Maintenance Personnel, Pilots, And Other Departments Within The Airline. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Be Able To Quickly Analyze And Resolve Complex Maintenance Issues And Make Critical Decisions Under Pressure. This Role Requires A Proactive And Solution-Oriented Approach To Problem-Solving.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Airline Industry Is Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing. The Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Priorities, Schedules, And Work Environments. Flexibility In Work Hours And On-Call Availability May Also Be Required.
