  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires, including job postings, resume review, and candidate interviews
  • Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth
  • Manage employee relations and provide conflict resolution support as needed
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and practices
  • Promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of community among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
