- Keep abreast of American Airlines' business objectives and align IT service delivery accordingly.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Service Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Frameworks And Processes, Including Incident Management, Change Management, And Problem Management.
Experience With Service Management Tools Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
