  1. Conducting regular inspections and evaluations of aircraft systems, structures, and components to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.
  2. Collaborating with other engineers and maintenance teams to develop and implement effective and efficient repair and maintenance procedures.
  3. Analyzing and interpreting technical data and reports to troubleshoot and resolve complex aircraft issues.
  4. Maintaining a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and safety.
  5. Conducting research and staying up-to-date on advancements in aviation technology and incorporating them into maintenance and repair processes.
  6. Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance and repair teams to ensure proper execution of procedures.
  7. Participating in project planning and implementation to improve aircraft performance and efficiency.
  8. Developing and maintaining documentation related to aircraft maintenance and repair procedures.
  9. Ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  10. Continuously monitoring and analyzing aircraft performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  11. Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  12. Collaborating with other departments and teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve overall operational efficiency.
  13. Leading and supervising team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Representing American Airlines in a professional manner and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
