  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airline partners and vendors, to enhance our service offerings.
  8. Monitor customer service metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and procedures.
  11. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the customer service team.
  12. Handle budgeting and financial planning for the customer service department.
  13. Assist with recruitment and hiring of new customer service representatives.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  15. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and continuously strive to exceed customer expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communication, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Customer Service Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Airline Policies, Procedures, And Systems, Including Experience With Reservation And Ticketing Systems.
