  10. Monitor and manage customer service budgets, including staffing, training, and resources.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the customer service team to promote professional growth and development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to customer service and aviation industry.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance the company's reputation.
  14. Act as a role model for the customer service team, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and leading by example.
  15. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' customer service strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations.
