  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the airport or approach the check-in counter.
  2. Assist customers with checking in for their flight, including printing boarding passes and luggage tags.
  3. Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about their flight, baggage, or other travel-related inquiries.
  4. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  5. Ensure that all customer interactions uphold the company's standards of exceptional customer service.
  6. Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations as needed.
  7. Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to customers as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Adhere to all airport and airline safety regulations.
  11. Provide assistance to customers with special needs or accommodations.
  12. Promote and sell additional services such as seat upgrades, travel insurance, and loyalty programs.
  13. Keep up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Agent Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers In Person, Over The Phone, And Through Written Correspondence.
