Minimum Of 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

Proficient Computer Skills, Including Knowledge Of Reservation And Ticketing Systems.
Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Customer Complaints Effectively.
